He has completed advanced fellowship and operative training in Spine Surgery in Korea as an APSS Medtronic Spine Fellow, as well as AO Spine Advanced Level Operative Course at Ganga Hospital, Tamil Nadu, AO Spine Principal Course in Kolkata, and APSS Operative Course at NITOR, Dhaka. He is a Member of AO Spine, Switzerland, and a Life Member of APSS, APOA, and the Association of Spine Surgeons of India. Currently, Dr. Md. Abdul Awal serves as an Associate Professor of Spine Surgery in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Naogaon Medical College Hospital. He has previously served as a Consultant in Spine and Orthopedic Surgery at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital. His specialized training and clinical experience make him particularly focused on the evaluation and treatment of spinal disorders, back and neck pain, spinal injuries, disc problems, orthopedic trauma, fractures, bone and joint diseases, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
